PLEASE NOTE: This is the June 2016 release of the Saturn V. There was a HUGE delay between the previous release and this one. To be clear, this has the paper shroud and 24 mm Motor Mount still. The Plastic upgrades weren't released till the EST 1969 Saturn V release.
If you're looking for a base Saturn V to get the 3rd Party upgrades for, THIS is the one you want!
